Instructions

- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just blended.
- Fill the cupcake liners about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare the frosting by beating together cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add ground cinnamon and mix until incorporated.
