Description

Deliciously decadent fudge that captures the flavors of cinnamon rolls in a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 ¾ cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar mix
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups white chocolate morsels
  • 7 oz jar of marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar mix

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan: Begin by lining a 13×9 glass baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, unsalted butter, kosher salt, ¼ cup of cinnamon sugar mix, and heavy cream.
  3. Set this over medium heat and continuously stir until it reaches a rolling boil, approximately 4 minutes.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the white chocolate morsels and marshmallow cream.
  5. Pour the luscious fudge mixture into your prepared pan, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
  6. Chill the fudge for at least three hours or until it has fully hardened.
  7. Lift the fudge out of the pan using parchment paper and place it onto a cutting board.
  8. Whisk together the powdered sugar, maple syrup, and heavy cream for the drizzle.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mix over your fudge.
  10. Serve up your scrumptious fudge, and watch it disappear!

Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or refrigerate for a longer shelf life. For long-term storage, wrap tightly and freeze.
