- 2 ¾ cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar mix
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups white chocolate morsels
- 7 oz jar of marshmallow cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar mix
Instructions
- Prepare your pan: Begin by lining a 13×9 glass baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix ingredients: In a large saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, unsalted butter, kosher salt, ¼ cup of cinnamon sugar mix, and heavy cream.
- Set this over medium heat and continuously stir until it reaches a rolling boil, approximately 4 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the white chocolate morsels and marshmallow cream.
- Pour the luscious fudge mixture into your prepared pan, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
- Chill the fudge for at least three hours or until it has fully hardened.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using parchment paper and place it onto a cutting board.
- Whisk together the powdered sugar, maple syrup, and heavy cream for the drizzle.
- Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mix over your fudge.
- Serve up your scrumptious fudge, and watch it disappear!
