- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour, stirring just until combined.
- Mix the ground cinnamon with two tablespoons of sugar for the filling.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the batter and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and drizzle with a glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
Notes
