Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spaced apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly browned and centers look slightly underbaked.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
