- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- Additional shredded coconut for rolling
Instructions
- Combine shredded coconut, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until everything is well blended.
- Scoop out the mixture and roll it into small balls using your hands.
- Roll the balls in additional shredded coconut if desired.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the bliss balls.
- Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
