Description

Enjoy these indulgent yet healthy Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls, perfect for snacks or desserts. Easy to make with no baking required!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Additional shredded coconut for rolling

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded coconut, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until everything is well blended.
  3. Scoop out the mixture and roll it into small balls using your hands.
  4. Roll the balls in additional shredded coconut if desired.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate over the bliss balls.
  7. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
