- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Additional chocolate chips for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and bake it according to the package instructions until it’s beautifully golden. Allow it to cool completely.
- Combine the ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips to the cheese mixture.
- Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold it into the cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Spread the creamy filling inside the cooled pie crust, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Dust the top lightly with cocoa powder and garnish with extra chocolate chips.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
