Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Cocoa powder for dusting
  • Additional chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and bake it according to the package instructions until it’s beautifully golden. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. Combine the ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips to the cheese mixture.
  4. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold it into the cheese mixture until fully combined.
  5. Spread the creamy filling inside the cooled pie crust, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  6. Dust the top lightly with cocoa powder and garnish with extra chocolate chips.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
