- 1/4 cup sake
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, sake, mirin, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Let soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for about 15 minutes if using them.
- Thread the marinated chicken and chopped green onions onto the skewers, alternating them for visual appeal.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the chicken is cooked through and charred.
