- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful marinade.
- Add the cubed chicken to the bowl, tossing to coat all pieces thoroughly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or up to overnight.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked skewers, leaving some space for even grilling.
- Grill the skewers for about 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm, accompanied by pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
