Instructions
- Combine the minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken on the grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Prepare the garlic sauce by mixing yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.

Notes
For a lighter sauce, you can skip the mayonnaise. Marinating overnight enhances the flavor.
