  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 0.5 cups Mocha Chips
  • 0.75 cups Dried Cherries (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl, setting it aside.
  3. Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  5. Gradually incorporate the flour mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, mocha chips, and chopped dried cherries. Don’t overmix!
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers remain soft.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes
