Instructions
- Combine the softened butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar in a stand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the flour gradually and mix until fully combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl.
- Scoop out the dough with a tablespoon and roll it into a ball, creating a small well in each.
- Fill the well with a heaping spoonful of cherry pie filling.
- Place the filled cookies on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove cookies from the oven and let them cool completely.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the cooled cookies.
Notes
