Description

Quick and delightful Cheesy Garlic Crescent Rolls infused with garlic and butter, perfect for snacks, brunches, or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the crescent roll packaging.
  2. Prepare the garlic butter mixture by combining melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.
  4. Brush each triangle generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Add a handful of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over each triangle.
  6. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, tucking the cheese inside as you go.
  7. Arrange the rolled crescents on a baking sheet, leaving space between each roll.
  8. Brush leftover garlic butter mixture over the tops and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  9. Bake according to the package directions or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm as a snack, side dish, or appetizer!
