- 2 eggs

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Start by steaming or boiling the chopped cauliflower until it is tender. Once cooked, drain the cauliflower and allow it to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the cooled cauliflower until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- Add in the shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, making sure they hold together well.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they turn a beautiful golden brown and crisp up nicely.
- Serve these warm as a snack, appetizer, or side dish to your favorite meal.
