Description

These Cajun Brown Sugar Wings are a perfect blend of savory Cajun seasoning and sweet brown sugar, delivering irresistible flavor and crispy texture.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Mix the brown sugar, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels, then add them to the bowl with the spice mixture.
  4. Drizzle the vegetable oil over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
