Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy (about 4-5 minutes).
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour in the buttermilk and gently stir to combine.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into your wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the butterscotch chips and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
