Description

Delightful bars combining crispy Rice Krispies with rich peanut butter and crunchy Butterfinger bars.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger bars

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and mix continuously until completely melted.
  3. Incorporate the peanut butter, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Mix in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  5. Fold in the crushed Butterfinger bars.
  6. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer storage with parchment paper between layers.
