Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 4 tsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Combine the flour, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and onion powder in a 1-gallon freezer bag. Seal the bag and shake to mix.
- Toss the chicken pieces into the bag and shake again until coated. Set aside.
- Whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken pieces and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the butter-garlic mixture over the chicken and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve hot, accompanied by your favorite vegetables.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the flour mixture for a few hours or overnight. Don’t hesitate to add more garlic for an intense flavor.
