Description

Delicious Buffalo Chicken Taquitos stuffed with spicy chicken and cheese, perfect for parties or a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing (for dipping)
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Instructions

  1. Mix the cooked shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and shredded cheese in a bowl.
  2. Lay out a tortilla and place a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
  5. Fry the taquitos in batches for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Once done, remove them from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve immediately with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider baking the taquitos at 425°F for 15-20 minutes instead of frying.
