- 2 cups shredded buffalo chicken (cooked)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 4 slices bread (your choice)
- 2 tbsp butter (for grilling)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of each slice, spread a generous layer of cream cheese.
- Add the shredded buffalo chicken on top of the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle a layer of cheddar cheese over the buffalo chicken.
- Drizzle some ranch dressing for that extra zing.
- Place another slice of bread on top, buttered side facing up.
- Grill the sandwich in the skillet until the bread turns golden brown and the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve while warm.
Notes
For added flavor, consider toasting your bread lightly before assembly. You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience, or experiment with different types of cheese.
