- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, black pepper, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss the chicken wings in the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Allow them to sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
- Simmer the remaining marinade in a saucepan, adding cornstarch to thicken if desired.
- Brush the sauce over the wings before serving.
