- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 eggs

- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the cottage cheese, oats, your choice of sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon, eggs, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until everything is well combined.
- Fold in the blueberries, taking care not to break them.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
