Ingredients

  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff cookie butter (for drizzling)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the warm milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Mix the Biscoff cookie butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  6. Roll the risen dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and slice it into 12 pieces.
  8. Arrange the rolls in a greased baking pan, cover, and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat your oven to 350°F and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Whisk the Biscoff cookie butter, powdered sugar, and milk together and drizzle over the warm rolls.
