Ingredients

  • Shrimp: Fresh or frozen, peeled and deveined

  • Bell peppers: Sliced, any color
  • Zucchini: Sliced
  • Seasonings: Salt, pepper, and paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and your favorite seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cut aluminum foil into large squares.
  4. Place a portion of shrimp on each piece of foil, along with sliced bell peppers and zucchini.
