Description

Deliciously stuffed zucchini boats filled with savory BBQ chicken and melty cheese, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the center to create boats.
