- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well-combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the teriyaki sauce over them, making sure to coat them generously.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For a caramelized top, consider broiling the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of baking. Adjust the marinade according to your taste preferences.
