Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
- Combine lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped dill in a small bowl.
- Pour the lemon-dill sauce over the seasoned cod.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Notes
