Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet, searing until golden brown on both sides, roughly 5-7 minutes each side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  5. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in the grated Asiago cheese, mixing until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
  8. Place the chicken back into the skillet, coating with the creamy sauce.
  9. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes to finish cooking.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with buttery mashed potatoes or pasta to soak up the sauce. For leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
