Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups mixed apples, diced (Granny Smith and Honeycrisp recommended)
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks or kitchen twine

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by creating pockets for stuffing.
  3. Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Stuff the chicken pieces with the filling.
  5. Secure the pockets with toothpicks or twine.
