Description
A creamy, dreamy pie made with peanut butter and a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly incorporated.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- Beat the peanut butter and powdered sugar together in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract in another bowl until soft peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth out the top. If desired, sprinkle chopped peanuts over the filling for an extra crunch.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set. Serve chilled for the best experience.
Notes
For an even richer flavor, consider using dark chocolate peanut butter. Ensure your heavy cream bowl and beaters are cold for the lightest fluff.
