Delicious air fryer salmon tacos with crispy salmon and a refreshing zesty slaw, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Rub this blend over the salmon fillets generously.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon in the air fryer. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and crispy.
  4. Mix the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chopped cilantro in a separate bowl to prepare the slaw.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or the air fryer for about one minute until pliable.
  6. Assemble your tacos by placing pieces of crispy salmon in the tortillas followed by a scoop of slaw.
