Description

Crispy green beans topped with Parmesan cheese, a quick and delicious side dish made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the green beans and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the green beans. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then toss to coat.
  4. Add the shredded Parmesan cheese and mix again until the beans are coated.
  5. Place the green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish.

Notes

For variety, try swapping Parmesan for Pecorino Romano or adding red pepper flakes for heat.
